White and creamy foam, strong and brilliant straw yellow color tinged with green, subtle and continuous perlage. On the nose it expresses fragrant notes of yeasts followed by floral aromas of lime flowers and hawthorn, all on a pleasant mineral background. In the mouth it is enveloping, pleasantly fresh, soft, with a structure that fills the palate, with an excellent correspondence with the sensations already perceived on the nose and a finish of fresh almonds. Excellent aperitif, from fish and non-fish starters, superb with Ascoli olives, and excellent accompaniment to the entire fish-based meal, from starter to roast.
