The Valle Galfina Etna Rosso is a brilliant ruby red wine, with a rich, intense fruity aroma, smooth and well balanced palate, persistent and pleasantly tannic.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 60 quintals.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Long maceration, temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeast.
PLANTING DENSITY: 6000 plants per hectare.
HARVEST PERIOD: Mid-October
VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration, the grapes are then soft pressed prior to fermentation at controlled temperature.
FERMENTATION TANKS: 10-12 months in 50 hl oak barrels.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 18°C / 20°C.
AGEING: 25 days over skin.
BOTTLING PERIOD: End of May.
MACERATION PERIOD: Refining for 15 days
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
